The reason the work is being delayed is as follows. And this will be redrafted once I have completed the work so apologies for the ramble.

At the outset, we can look at the following picture of a boss of a firm called racknerd

He assisting the US government not with their enquiries but criminal behaviour in as much as only they can ultimately be sanctioning what I am experiencing in view of what I am uncovering.

There are no ifs or buts. De facto responsiblity is theirs and theirs alone not matter what legal excuses they come up with.

Criminal behaviour, dishonesty in relation to a supposed concern about geopolitics is their first and only reaction to the information I uncover. I state dishonesty because they did not respond to contacts at embassies which they would intercept or prompt a suitable response to any enquiry. In other words, they prefer to use criminals and to engage in criminity, to lie and then to complain about China whilst not responding to queries and to do so in the first instance. They prefer to delay my work or to cause upset whilst acting like a degenerate third rate politburo. This is consistent with other such behaviour from an individual known as Kang tchou

In actual fact, as far as I can remember and having considered the matter, apart from some interactions in 2015, every single communication or activity which emanates from the United States since 2010 has involved some level of criminality or dishonestly.

At present they are doing this by the issuance of communications which are intended to annoy and which are send through the company he owns.

The US government is interfering with this and other work, wasting my time, deliberately and knowingly allowing for a greater probability the events which are not described on this page might occur (in as much as my work is designed reveal the truth of why such events occurred and remove the probability that they will and is being delayed). This is why the shoooting of Charlie Kirk occurred, as you can understand, it is making me very very very angry because this keeps on occurring and they know this.

Presumably the following is deemed "socially unacceptable" which is a strange measure of what is right in as much as what is in that document is seen as socially acceptable. Indeed it can hardly be argued that the United States is not subject to what is outlined in that document in view of what is contained in it, their reaction to the information and their behaviour. All of these speak of acceptance. Therefore it would not exactly seem untowards to suggest the following and indeed one might question those who do find it untowards.

It is not difficult to understand why many shootings occur in the states against the government and people who participate in these sorts of events because it would inevitably be the case that I would not be the only one faced with interference in work which is important with the word important applying in many different spheres. They should expect them.

The reality is that, the United States government, unlike most other countries, have a culture of lawbreaking, of promoting and tolerating criminality and of pushing, pushing and pushing to that end to make someone snap. But to snap is the natural response to this and it is what they earnestly desire. It is natural particulary if you are affected or impacted by the sorts of actions which occur as a consequence of what I am outlining. It should make anyone angry and take action against the people responsible. They need to be made to stop interfering without reference to any form of negotiation because you don't negotiate with people who willfully and purposely interfere with work of this nature.

One can also deduce that it is the country as oppposed to the individual which is responsible for shootings of that sort for the simple reason that these sorts of events tend to occur in the states and because the government engages in or allows for illegal activity.

This all might be considered a shocking admission in itself and in the sense that I might be considered to be someone with talent something which is possible to determine by their badgering (because why else would they badger>). In other words instead of treating someone like me with the sort of respect they might allocate to a citizen or tourist, they in fact go to great lenghts to enrage me. Instead of allowing me to do this work, they are the greatest impediment to it. It is important work (a small part of which is displyed above) because it pertains to amongst other things nuclear threats, child abuse along with warfare and indeed scientific discoveries in relation to all of this.

They then complain or express concern about China beating them, as if the underlying attitude is not connected with that outcome. Medically speaking this is a form of psychosis in as much as they have trouble recgonising reality. They and they alone are the reason why China is beating them

What they are doing at present is engaging in behaviour which is criminal in nature, which is designed to be oppresssive and liable to upset/distract from my work. Of course they can't stop lying about it either and the cumulative effect is having to respond to someone with brain damaged child .

This is the purpose in as much as if there was any interest, a) they would taking real action on the basis of the information, b) they would stop being indirect. They refuse to respond to direct queries which means that underlying any indirect form of communication is a dishonest intent. They only feel able to resort to emails as opposed as to anything more serious (as has been the case in the past) because I am out of their sphere of influence shall we say and not I am in the west.

There are two main aspects to this behaviour and people need to deal with them so they get the message that they are going to stop.

Direct actions.

For example they decide to send me a spam email in response to my return to the computer. In other words, the most important part of the email is conveyed by the metadata in as much as they wish to signal that I am being watched. This is conjunction with the contents which consists of a stalkerish wish begging me not to go to china. Alternatively they resort to letting their presence be known by sending emails when I am asleep not understaning that this amounts to the same thing

We can see two examples here (I will add others when I have the time.

I finish watching something which is Red Dwarf and I do so to relax whilst working.

As soon as I finish or am about to finish watching, I am sent a spam email,

This is intrusive, annoying, oppressive, unnecessary and liable to upset and given what I have related (in other words my complaints) can only occur to cause stress. It comes under the definition of stalking and is a criminal offence in part because it is unwanted contact.

It is suggestive of going to Japan instead of China given the domain name which is chinese versus the actual content which is Japanese. In other words because of what I am outlining, China might be deemed to be tempting and the US wouldn't want that so they send an email with reference to what is one of their colonies. It's not Japan because Japan is not really the sort of country to engage in such behaviour being as it is dependent upon the US.

The company then claim to have dealt withthe customer, principly they're afraid

But this isn't true as we can see from the following few examples because I've previously complained. They're lying through their teeth

Indeed this isn't the first occassion this occurs because we can see it again with Red Dwarf and it is possible to deduce from these two emails that there is a common source which is intelligence related which is the US engaging in harassment. I can post others and I will

Of course if there is any difficulty in understanding that a) These are send by an intelligence service in reaction to things which I write b) It is intended to annoy c) This occurs at the behest of the US government, any doubt whatsoever would be discounted by the timing of the following

The issuance of such emails can only be intended to disrupt my work in that I have stated that I find (like most people would) such behaviour oppressive and unnecessary and a form of harassment. It also occurs when I am working. Such disruption is ultimately authorised by the US government and the only reason this occurs is because they wish to hamper this work. We could say it is the UK but what the UK government does in terms of intelligence related activities is authorised by the US and this is particularly the case in view of the importance of the information, the importance of which is denoted by the reaction.

If there was no such intent they would communicate directly in as much there is no intelligence related reason why they would not have simply arranged a meeting. The simple truth is they do not communicate directly because they're dishonest and corrupt and prefer to hide because one does not disrupt work such as this (which pertains to the above, terrorism and child abuse) or otherwise stalk/annoy in the absence any motive unless that motive is criminal. Indeed they would also reply to emails to embassies.And to be clear it is the US because the email is send through a US company and the US could easily order the UK to stop.

It looks like someone does not want not want me to write something and is aware that I am about to write the following because that's the sequence of text which I had outlined

Admittedly the following did not occur to me but it is sort of material I am analysing whilst the US government is engaging in this sort of behaviour with that company knowingly help them. So no I don't wish to have anything to do with the states because if any country has a government which is rotten to the core, its the US and the UK.

This is the sum total of the US response to this information. There are these emails and other forms of communications which occur multiple times on a daily basis. The one thing US could do which would present no problem would be to put a stop order. But they won't which is a marker of how uncivilised their form of government is. It's their fault China is beating them because someone like myself would obviously run a mile from them and did. No I don't want to go to Japan

Of course, the really interesting bit is the following. As you can see there is a shift from crypto spam to the above sorts of emails which occurs on the 21st of July

What does this highlight. Quite a lot.

Firstly the emails originate from the same source given that the crypto spam emails which you can see suddenly abate to a substantial extent after I have been receiving them for the past few years

In other words, they previously engaged in attempts to defraud, on a daily basis and stop doing so, knowing that I have a very good chance of securing an income stream ont he basis of this. They consider that this would occur through china so they attempt a lure and to harass. They have literally no interest in this information and are quite happy for the present state of affairs to continue. They want people to die and children to be harmed and this is sancitoned by the US government

The source is what can be called the war party or rather NATO type forces which have occupied the US since the 1940s and which to most people would represent "the great satan" as Iran puts it. One can tell this for the simple reason that the date indicates as much with 21/7.

In addition we also potentially have the number 24 23: which may perhaps indicate superiority to 22 if certain people know what I mean

One can talk about the US being different from the UK but to quote George Galloway, it really is a case of tweedle dum and tweedle dee. You only have the knuckle dragging embarassing stupidity which masquerades as their intelligence services. Their sole response to my uncovering of information over the course of the past few years is at every point to engage in dishonesty or forms of illegality

It is as if their keenest aspiration is to train a potential customer like pavlovs dog to hate them bceause that's what they are doing. A clue might be gleaned from my present location and where I was 15 years ago but they really don't have the intelligence to understand that.

We can see this here from my email account.

As you can see I have received around 1500 emails in the past year. Of those a good 80% or more are the Japan emails, attempts to steal through crypto fraud or indeed lies and chicanery from the department of state in response to enquiries in relation to these communications. There are no exceptions to this. None. To be clear those emails have been sent for over four years so if we multiply that, we have around 5000 single instances of law breaking authorised by the United States with reference to email alone and to be clear such law breaking occurs in respect of other forms of communication which is another subject and we could probably multiply 5000 by 3.

It hardly could be said to counter my experience with americans in that, they tend to have a policy of putting their best fool forward. In other words, one encounters people who in some capacity are acting on behalf of the the CIA or FBI (with reference to Kang). With some odd exceptions, one experiences what comes under the heading of the disinformation term "gangstalking" in so far as, you will be approached by or approach a US person and with rare exception, there will be a form of confidence tricking, cruelty, dishonesty or lies, disregard for human rights or indeed ignorance of such things or disbelief when confronted with evidence. The evidence from the company supports that assertion along with the refusal of the US to deal with the UK.

If you will and to grossly exagerate, if the US were a country, it would be birkenhau staffed by Ronald Macdonald and various saccharine childrens entertainers with a rico ross type grin. I state exageration in so far as, such measures do not consist of a single building but these are measures fully and wholeheartedly supported by the government of the United States in as much as they support the people responsible, as you can see from the document.

And if on were trying to dispell such an impression, the very last thing would do is it to brush what I said, engage in the forms of behaviour I outlined. This emais occurs at night but the point is they don't understand the effect that these very emails are bound to have. The know they have to acknowledge the timing issue (because it reflects badly on them) but still insist on sending them. The point is that if one has a stalking, one does not like communications from that person full stop.

We also have indirect forms of communication from mailonline which is published when I am writing the above.

It is a directed communication in line with other communications and this can only be authorised by the MoD/HMG because they wish to annoy and disrupt my work. Only they and not the newspaper would have sufficient motivation to allow this. The American government is however 100% supportive of them in such efforts. The undeniable truth is that if this were not the case, they would not permit this behaviour and would go after the company. I realise they are very good at giving the impression of authority to statements through appearances where they twists words or argumentts to deny something whilst finding it funny. In the world, there are no ifs or buts

Much of this pertains to another document which I have currently outlining but we have pemberton (with reference to a certain program which pertains to the document), autism, holland which is associated with mills, Farage who attended Blewhouse (Dulwich) and darwin though down and who is associated with holland (I won't say how). It is a reference to something to do with comms which I am outlining.

We also have anxiety which is what they want to cause and which is what the Americans are supportive of.

They then replace this with the following which is with reference to dementia and givne the above is also personally directed. In other they wish to do what they did to my father. And they will lie about this.

It is a comment upon the value of western democracy and the western system of government which isn't very high given that in the east, one doesn't have these experiences. Ever. They also don't represent themselves and their own country in this way. One would not have these experiences as someone who uncovers this information in an eastern country because they place a value on ability rather than strain every sinew to forestall it due to corruption. The reason why one would never consider the states/ the UK and somewhere like China is not because of China but because of the dishonesty and corruption which those so willingly advertise. And again this is the responsibility of the US government

For instance, this is the Ministry of defence, as headed by John Healey

On a personal basis, as head of the minsitry, he approves of messaging which is intended to concern and cause anxiety, in reaction to what I am writing about the war on terror. The point is the habit of the British government is to cause war, a habit which is not broken and they wish to continue down that line. They don't seem to realise however that the cat is out of the bag and a quick phone call with my evidence would remove the prospect of the US backing Poland with reference to what is warmongering on the part of a country which backs the country which is responsible for what is in the document.

We can doubt that this is personally directed but but we can note they have removed the story and placed something about autism.

None of these actions can take place without reference to US approval or indeed support because the UK knows it would not last five minutes without American support. The US is thus supporting the UK in these actions and in failing to take action against what is a newspaper, they are stating to the world that they are a participant. And the US is a participant.

It is also a comment upon who is responsible for what I am writing about elsewhere. These are yet more criminal offences which the US approves of.

The people responsible need to be got rid of based on what I am uncovering and their reaction to it.

To consider this difficult is to mistake size for intelligence bceause it really isn't and they know this which is why they resort to criminality at every stage.

The company which is responsible is as you can see racknerd LLC with individuals who work for that company such as Anthony Fye lying on behalf of the US government. They refuse to deal with this issue and one way or another they need to be dealt with and I do not care how that takes place.

If this requires shooting them and perhaps it might, then so be it because there is no legal process by which to ensure that these behaviours stop. The legal process in the United States protects the criminals and they need to stop interfering or allowing for interference which is anti-terrorist in nature.

Indeed it is easy to deduce that this is the US government because they would not allow this behaviour unless they approved of it in view of the importance of what I am outlining and uncovering and they would certainly not interact with me unless what I had was important and therefore true

Indirect actions

Another form of interference for which they are responsible is through the authorisation of criminal behaviour on the part of services for they have defacto if not dejure control. I refer to the junior party inthe UKUSA treaty, the United Kingdom, with the United States having defacto control and responsibility for their intelligence services. The US does not understand the the simple truth that if you are the foudnation upon which something is able to exist, you are responsible for what that thing does. We can include in this communications on other networks or indeed actions

Indeed as expected they do indeed decied to stalk by deciding to tweet the moment I access my mobile. We may also take into account Harris and Steptoe with regards to what I am writing. In other words harass.

The point is that this is a US nework, the shitty university is headed by some stupid bitch from princeton and this illegal behaviour is authorised by ministers and sanctioned by the US government. It occurs at the behest of the UK but it is a signal by proxy no matter what twisting what words they use as to what the US tolerate.

If we doubt this we may note that others are more tahn aware that I am presently writing about Knole and we have the following

In other words, we have interception, acknowledge of the importance of the information which I an uncovering, a decision to annoy in respect of what I am uncovering by posting passive aggressive messages and a self-regarding obsession at the expense of people who do actual reasearch with them knowingly and actively choosing to get in the way of that. This is by an American led university communicating using an American owned network and the Dod and so on are apparently not strong enough or capable enough to ensure that university and that country is silenced and stops intefering. For good. To be clear at this stage, I am uncovering new material about 9/11 which has nothing do with the usual theories/conclusions about what happened.

We can however state that the fact that the US allow this necessarily must concur with the conclusion that there are a group of people in the US and the UK who view the matter of terrorism and other such events as wargames with people as blobs on the map. As such 911 was not an inside job per se but a question of not sucessfully preventing the other team from scoring a goal.

If this isn't the case, this will be proven by the decision, to snap the people communicating like this when I doing this work in two. Not in a month, not in week. Now.

I don't want a nobel prize. I don't want a medal. I want them to accord the rights they would accord to anyone else, to comply with the law and to implement it. So for example, they deal with people in the UK and the people in the US government who are corrupt and hampering my work wherever they are.

No matter how much they beg, annoy, engage in or allow for criminal activity, I will not be going to the states nor indeed to a country which does their bidding. To be clear this is not me being "brainwashed" by some foreign people, it is solely the behaviour of the United States and their junior partner which has led me in this direction.

Of course if they have any complaints about what I have outlined, then they can quite easily contact people here so that words can be had but I somehow find it doubtful that they will because they know that my reasons for stating as much would have to be discussed or indeed investigated.
